- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I just started seeing Dr. Ong and was told he didn't prescribe pain medicine unless it was Tylenol 3. So I gave a urine test and was told to call on Thursday for the results. I called on Thursday and was told they were out of the office. They would leave them a message and his nurse would get back with me the next day. Low and behold no one called me the next day. Don't like they way they practice medicine. Doesn't seem to care very much about his patients. I do understand the reason for not wanting to prescribe hydrocodone for me but I have also been on this med for 8 years, and I'm on disability. I was willing to try the tylenol 3 until their PA starts on Aug 1st (and this person will prescribe meds?) Not sure I understand that whole thing. Just plain bad practicing.
